As CFO of the Bluewater Bio Group, Roger has responsibility for all financial aspects of the business, including the securing of finance, investor relations, management reporting, cash management, internal controls, company insurances & banking relationships. Roger also provides commercial decision making support to the broader business.

Bashar Muthadi
Operations Director
Bashar joined Bluewater Bio in 2010, having gained over 20 years’ experience in design, engineering and management of major construction projects in the UK, Africa and the Middle East.
Bashar’s role as the Operations Director is focussed on managing the execution of all projects awarded to Bluewater Bio in accordance with client’s requirement and Bluewater Bio’s strategic, financial and business objectives.

Jeremy Biddle
Technical Director
Jeremy manages our experienced team of process, mechanical and electrical engineers and CAD draftsmen, developing Bluewater Bio’s range of products and applying them to meet our client’s needs. The Engineering also provides after-sales support, commissioning and training.

Fergus Rooksby
Commercial Director
Fergus Rooksby joined Bluewater Bio as Commercial Director in 2012. Fergus is responsible for the development and management of all project development, and partner support through to contract execution. With a strong process engineering background Fergus has significant experience of the UK market from a contracting perspective, plus an extensive track record internationally, in particular in the Middle East.
