As the measures to combat the COVID-19 pandemic unfold, we would like to confirm that the mitigation Bluewater Bio have put in place ensures that our customers will experience a “business as usual” experience albeit using communication techniques that align and support the Government advice.

Our office-based staff are fully equipped to work from home, using remote communication tools to maintain regular contact with colleagues, our customers and our supply chain. In accordance with government guidance, we are avoiding non-essential travel and office-based client meetings where possible and using video and tele-conferencing, slide and desktop view sharing and secure file-sharing software to ensure that business can continue safely and with minimal disruption to you.

Following the appropriate risk assessments, our service and maintenance teams will continue to provide a normal service to our clients. They operate individually with their own transport so they can maintain social distancing without affecting their role. They are equipped with appropriate PPE and sanitisation materials to avoid spreading the virus.  We also have remote monitoring systems in place to ensure their safety when collecting spares or equipment from our stores.

We are encouraging flexibility in our staff at this time, to adapt to changing strategies and policies as the situation changes, to support each other and cover for any absences within our own workforce and to meet our clients’ needs as we continue to deliver projects.
