Daniel Ishag Chief Executive Officer
In 2000 Daniel Ishag founded e-Spotting Media, an internet company which merged in February 2004 with NASDAQ listed FindWhat.com valuing e-Spotting at US$170m. This was a new business concept in online advertising, which is now the fastest growing area of online advertising and currently accounts for 57.1% of total online media spend. During this four year period e-Spotting grew to a 240 employee pan-European company that operated 10 offices, in 8 languages, 5 currencies, and serviced over 23,000 clients. Prior to e-Spotting Daniel was an investment banker at Hirsch & Cie. He has also gained international business experience in many emerging markets, with focus across Asia and Africa.
Timothy Moss Finance Director
Timothy Moss qualified as a chartered accountant with Pannell Kerr Forster in 1990.He has held senior financial positions with a number of companies in the utilities, communications and telecoms sectors, and currently holds a number of directorships with quoted and unquoted companies.
Bill Moon Executive Director
President and Chief Executive Officer of Global Water Institute Ltd.
Bill Moon is a US citizen with Korean origin. Bill Moon was formerly the President of an independent consulting firm providing growth strategies for global 1000 and technology start-up clients. He has over 20+ years of international business and management experience serving clients in Financial Services, Consumer, Industrial, Telecommunications and High-Technology industries. He has also worked for BCG in Australia as a Senior Manager and McKinsey in U.S. and Mexico as an Engagement Manager. He had worked as a technical specialist in the engineering domain for over 7 years.
Bill Moon has completed his BS degree in Engineering from UCLA, MS (Honors) in Computer Science from West Coast University and MBA (Honors) from Kellogg Graduate School of Management from Northwestern University all in USA.
Adrian Collins Non-Executive Chairman
Adrian Collins was previously a Director of Strand Partners Limited, a leading London-based corporate finance advisory firm and has worked in the fund management sector for over thirty years, a large part of which was spent at Gartmore Investment Management, where latterly he was Managing Director. Adrian was one of the founders of Trustnet.com, a leading provider of Fund performance information on the Internet. He is currently on the board of a number of public and private companies in the United Kingdom and overseas. These include New City High Yield Trust plc, Hiscox Investment Management Limited and City Natural Resources High Yield Trust plc.
Yves Cohen Non-Executive Director
Yves Cohen is founder and Managing Director of Geneva Financial Services, a family office financial advisory company based in Geneva, Switzerland. He is also co-founder of PCCM, a Hedge fund company, where he was responsible for business development and operations. Prior to co-founding PCCM, he was a director at Maverick Conseils, a Swiss investment firm, where he specialized in wealth management and real estate advisory services. Prior to Maverick, he worked at Hirsch & Cie, where he was responsible for a range of successful technology and real estate investments in several emerging countries, as well as England and Switzerland.
Bertrand Lipworth Non-Executive Director
Bertrand Lipworth has 25 years experience in investment banking, private equity and venture capital gained at Samuel Montagu, Lazard and Kidder Peabody, followed by his own firm, Lipworth Capital. His firm provides financial advisory services to the private equity, hedge fund and technology sectors and also makes principal investments. Bertrand is deputy chairman of the Ukraine Opportunity Trust PLC and chairman of Sirenic Group Limited. He was a founder and managing director of Paradigm Media Investments PLC, an AIM listed investment company with prominent international investors, from 2000 to 2003.
Magid Khoury Non-Executive Director
Magid Khoury is founder and CEO of Capvest Advisors, a real estate asset management company based in Geneva, Switzerland. Capvest has CHF 200 million worth of real estate under management. Magid is also co-founder and President of Globalstar, a holding company based in Geneva that primarily invests in private equity transactions, leveraging a wide network of Middle Eastern contacts and relationships that have been cultivated over the last 15 years. Prior to co-founding Globalstar, he was managing director at Socofi-nance, one of the largest Swiss Finance companies specialized in the trading of precious metals, oil and currencies with a focus on Gulf countries (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE).
