Bluewater Bio CEE is based in Prague, Czech Republic. A small business development and technical team focuses on building opportunities and establishing joint ventures in the region.
Our CEE subsidiary is collaborating with Vodárny A Kanalizace Karlovy Vary, A.S. in Czech Republic and is in discussion with a number of regional and global water and infrastructure companies.
We see the CEE region as a strategic imperative.
The wastewater treatment industry in the Czech Republic, and the 12 EU accession countries as a whole, will be driven by the adoption of existing EU wastewater legislation. Through the Cohesion Fund, the EU is making significant funds available to assist CEE countries over the next several years in complying with the legislation. We consider the CEE region as the main growth area for the industry over that period, with a focus on sourcing cost-effective nutrient removal wastewater treatment infrastructure such as the HYBACS process that we provide.
