Effective wastewater reuse has the potential of improving public health, the environment, and economic development. It is a key way in which populations worldwide can optimise the availability of a limited and valuable resource.
Bluewater Bio delivers solutions for wastewater treatment and reuse which are sustainable, economic, and environmentally sound. Our proprietary, fully biological treatment technology, based on nature’s own bacteria, ensures a high-quality treated effluent suitable for reuse in many applications.
At the same time, our technology will enable governments and industries to comply with ever-more stringent water treatment and usage regulations worldwide. In Europe, for instance, these include the UK Water Framework Directive and the EU Urban Wastewater Treatment Directive which have set minimum requirements for the quality of natural waters as well as treated water and discharge from waterworks. While in the Middle East, the UAE has initiated the Green Building directive which will, amongst other aspects, require cuts in water usage. Our innovative technology addresses both of these geographical markets and beyond.
